Calabasas Child & Adolescent Psychology does not participate in any insurance plans. However, you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for out-of-network services and we encourage you to contact your insurance company to verify your coverage. When speaking with your insurance provider, some helpful questions to ask include:
- Do I have insurance benefits for out-of-network mental health/behavioral health services?
- Is there an out-of-network deductible that must be met?
- How many sessions per year are covered?
- Is a referral required from my primary care physician?
Session fees are $315 per 45 minute session. On a monthly basis, each client will receive a statement containing the necessary information to submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
